If you want to return purchased items because you have changed your mind for any reason, you will have thirty (30) days from the date indicated on your receipt to do so. We will not refund the postage you paid when your order was confirmed, except in circumstances where we made a mistake. You should receive a return receipt because we cannot accept responsibility for loss during shipping. This is an extension (not in addition to the right) of withdrawal provided for in the distance sale (2000). This gives you the right to think about seven (7) working days, starting from the date of receipt of the goods, during which you can withdraw from the contract and return the goods at your own expense without having to give a reason.
