How to return goods to us via Zásilkovna? It's simple:

You will bring the parcel to any Zásilkovna pick-up point and dictate the code sent by us to the operator.
Pack the shipment, there is no need to write to the recipient or sender.

• in about 1-2 days your package will be delivered to us.
• we will send you the code by e-mail after payment. (select On line payment by card or Transfer).
• when handing over the parcel, have a confirmation with the package number issued in Zásilkovna!

The shipment must meet the following parameters:

• maximum shipment weight: 5 kg
• maximum size of one side of the consignment: 70 cm
• maximum sum of dimensions of all three sides of the consignment: 120 cm (e.g. consignment measuring 50×40×30 cm)
• Minimum dimensions: 10×7×1 cm
